We at COLLS emphasize to our parents that Christian education is not a commodity; it is a ministry and a commitment. The first and most important consideration is what is best educationally for your child. With that being said, we work our hardest to offer one of the lowest Private Christian tuition rates in the area.
Please know, tuition varies by grade level, financial need, and individual family situations, and church membership. The prices listed below do not reflect discounts/financial assistance that could be available to your child. Please inquire in our office to determine your unique tuition rate.

Tuition assistance is available at COLLS. All tuition assistance will be confidentially administered through FACTS Tuition Assistance.
If you would like to apply please complete the following process:
1. Submit an application for admission and the $150 application fee.
2. Apply on-line for FACTS Tuition Assistance.
3. If you require additional assistance beyond the award from FACTS Tuition Assistance, then you will need to submit a written request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
No discounts for Preschool Fridays other then paid in full.
Preschool 8:15am-2:00 p.m.
Kindergarten-8th Grade 8:15 a.m. - 3:30p.m.
Extended Care 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Payment in full. Payment directly to the school by check or cash by April 15, 2016, or at time of acceptance, will entitle you to a 3% tuition discount.
Multiple Child. The first child, with highest grade level, pays full tuition. The second child will receive a 5% discount with the third, and all other children in the family, receiving a 10% discount.
Church Membership. Families who are active members of Crown of Life Lutheran Church receive a 25% discount.

Deposit and Fees
Deposit. A 10% deposit is due upon admission for new familes. A 10% deposit is due by April 15, 2016, for returning families.
Application Fee. An application fee of $150 is due upon application submission.
Campus Fee. A campus fee of $300 per family is due at the time of admission for new families. The campus fee for returning families is due on March 1, 2016 along with the re-enrollment application.
Flexible Monthly Payments. All monthly payments will be managed by FACTS Tuition Management by automatic bank withdrawal or by credit card (convenience fees apply). The final payment is made in February. FACTS offers convenience, flexibility and secure on-line access. The link to apply is located under Tuition Management on the right.
Before and After School Care
Extended Care. Rates for extended care are based on minutes used, rounded up in full hour increments. Usage will accumulate by family for a monthly billing cycle. Charges accrue during any usage before school between the hours of 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. and after regular school hours (after 2 p.m for Preschool and after 3:30 p.m. for Lower and Upper School) until 6:00 p.m. A parent, extended care worker, or teacher must sign children in and/or out of the room to assure safety and well-being of the children. Payments not made by the 20th of the month will result in children not being allowed to remain in extended care. The rate for Extended Care is $6.75 per hour.
