How to Apply
Please fill out the application form on the"Apply Now" page and create an account. Then log-in to your account and Create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Please note we require a $150 non-refundable application fee upon applying.
Upload a recent photograph into the application.
A copy of the student's birth certificate must be included with the application, and may be uploaded directly into the application.
A copy of the student's current immunization record must be included, and may be uploaded directly into the application.
A copy of the student's most recent report card must be included, and may be uploaded directly into the application.
Please submit a copy of recent test results, if available. Test results may be uploaded directly into the application.
Teacher recommendations are required for all students entering Kindergarten - 8th grade, and for Preschool students who have previously attended a preschool program. Please complete the contact information included in the application. An electronic form will be sent to the teacher when the application is submitted.
Admission testing is required for students entering Kindergarten - 8th grade.
Please note: A 10% deposit of child's tuition is due at the time of registration and receipt of admissions form.
