If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to tour our school with our Admissions Director, Shelley Sama and then meet our principal. How to Apply

Please fill out the form on the Apply Now page and create an account.  Then log-in to your account and Create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Please note we require a $200 non-refundable application fee upon applying.

Photograph
Upload a recent photograph into the application.

Birth Certificate
A copy of the student's birth certificate must be included with the application and may be uploaded directly into the application.

Immunization Records
A copy of the student's current immunization record must be included and may be uploaded directly into the application.

Report Card/Transcript
A copy of the student's most recent report card must be included and may be uploaded directly into the application. 

Standardized Testing
Please submit a copy of recent test results, if available.  Test results may be uploaded directly into the application.

Recommendation Forms
Teacher recommendations are required for all students entering Kindergarten—8th grade. Please complete the contact information included in the application.  An electronic form will be sent to the teacher when the application is submitted. 

Admission Testing
Admission testing is required for students entering Kindergarten - 8th grade.
